Tag Heuer Product Guarantee
The TAG Heuer Avant-Garde Eyewear frame that you have chosen has been tested individually in order to ensure that it is in pefect condition. The frame is guaranteed for a period of two years starting from the date of purchase and within the scope of normal use. This guarantee offers you the repair or exchange of your TAG Heuer eyewear frame free-of-charge in the case of a defect due to a manufacturing fault duly certified by our quality department.
Items that are not covered by the TAG Heuer Avant-Garde Eyewear guarantee: the lenses and any faults resulting from misuse (through dropping or impact, etc.) alteration, non-authorized manipulation or repair, the consequences of normal wear and tear, spare parts, (nose pads, strap, side-piece tips, etc.) and the case.
This guarantee issued by LOGO S.A. may be used at all official TAG Heuer Avant-Garde Eyewear service repair cenetrs in more than 110 countries providing that:
- The international guarantee card on the last page of the booklet provided with your merchandise was signed and dated at the time of purchase by the registered TAG Heuer Avant-Garde Eyewear retailer.
- The international guarantee card is presented with the frame when it is sent back for repair.
Non-compliance with any of the above conditions will result in all rights pertaining to the LOGO S.A. international guarantee system becoming null and void. The booklet provided with your merchandise will provide information on how to use and care for your eyewear frame properly.Please follow these instructions conscientiously as inappropriate use or treatment will result in the nullity of the guarantee. Faults arising from the intervention by a person other than an official TAG Heuer Service Center are not covered.
The present guarantee does not cover prescription lenses or solar protection lenses.
We recommend that you send your TAG Heuer eyewear frame carefully packaged in order to avoid damage by recorded delivery to your nearest registered TAG Heuer eyewear distributor in your country.
